By accessing or using the flowtoid web application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service interface or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

flowtoid is an AI agent orchestration platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage autonomous AI agents configured with tasks, system prompts, and AI models.
• Connect external services via connectors (Telegram bots, GitHub repositories, HTTP endpoints, and custom Model Context Protocol servers).
• Define automation triggers (time-based schedules, inbound webhooks, Telegram messages, and agent-completion chains).
• Upload and attach files to agents.
• Receive and store agent execution results.

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address, a display name, and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the security of your password and account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or created a risk for the Service or other users. You may request account deletion by contacting adambartos.dev@proton.me. Account deletion will remove your user record and all associated data within 30 days, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to OpenRouter (AI model inference), Telegram (messaging), GitHub (code repository operations), Custom MCP Servers (user-defined tool servers), and CDN Providers (jsDelivr, Google Fonts). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
